Members of the Cowies Hill Lions Club have long admired the wonderful work done by Pinetown Tidy Town in keeping many of Pinetown’s parks, open spaces, kerbs and verges clean, safe and litter-free. Pinetown Tidy Town is an 18A Non-Profit Company guided by the simple belief that “Safety and Beauty matter,” and their dedication makes a visible difference in the community.

As the organisation relies on donations and sponsorships to continue its work, the Lions Club was delighted to show its appreciation by recently presenting Pinetown Tidy Town representatives with a Certificate of Appreciation, a monetary donation and rakes, as a heartfelt thank you for all they do.

The NPC focuses on getting residents, community groups, schools, businesses and local government to be actively involved in clean-ups and beautification projects.
