APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL (RE-ISSUE) OF AN EXISTING SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES PERMIT IN TERMS OF SECTION 6(1) OF THE SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES BY-LAW Notice is hereby given that an application will be made by
BASF Agricultural Specialities (PTY) Ltd in terms of the above-mentioned Bylaws to
Nompumelelo Gumede
of the eThekwini Municipality for the renewal (re-issue) of an existing Scheduled Activities Permit (Permit No. SA 4303) in respect of the premises situated on
Portion 139 of Farm Clifton No.939
for the following listed activity/ies listed in Schedule 1 of the Bylaws:
– Hazardous substances (as defined in the
Hazardous Substances Act, No. 15 of 1973)
•manufacture, bulk- blending, transportation and storage.
No new activities are proposed.
Any person desiring to object on the application may do so within 14 (fourteen) days
from the date of publication of this notice by lodging a written notice setting out their names,
