Respect red robots

Red robots are not optional says concerned Hillcrest driver.

EDITOR – I would really like to know why the people of Hillcrest appear to think that robots are optional. I am not talking about running a red robot; that is standard practice now, and way past the change over. What I am talking about, and what I am seeing almost every day, is drivers sitting at a red robot, and suddenly going when the robot is nowhere near likely to change, especially with the three-way robots that are common here. Yes, we have a lot of robots on Old Main Road, and yes, they are frustrating, but we no longer have the awful accidents we used to have. Lately, there have been several accidents and if this behaviour continues we are going to get a lot more. I have seen some very near misses already. Come on people. Wake up, be patient, and stop texting too!
