Hillcrest High School joins KHBA to clean community

The school takes part in removing alien plants and also assists the Hillcrest Conservancy.

EDITOR – The Keep Hillcrest Beautiful Association (KHBA) would like to thank Craig Girvin, headmaster of Hillcrest High School, for its sponsorship and interest in the association. Craig Girvin says that, as Hillcrest High is a community school, they need to give back to the community.

The pupils take part in removing alien plants and also assist the Hillcrest Conservancy. The Hillcrest High School Eco Club is headed by Ronel Harmse, who says they will be helping at the recycle centre from time to time.

KHBA is encouraged by the support of the association by Hillcrest High School, and hope that all the schools in the area will also get involved.

KHBA congratulates Hillcrest High School, which is also celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. Thank you, Hillcrest High School headmaster, Craig Girvin.
