Rob restored my dented faith

Pensioner, Roger Service, thanks Rob Moxey of Hillcrest Home Entertainment for his assistance after being scammed out of money.

EDITOR – Thank you for permitting me, through your newspaper, to alert those with TV woes to the dangers of trusting ‘ad-speak’ such as ‘accredited’ and ‘workmanship guaranteed’ when seeking help.

Resigning myself to the loss of R895 (no small sum to a pensioner) for the dismally failed efforts of a member of the ‘Bakkie Brigade’, whose ‘guarantee’ is clearly as flawed as his ‘accreditation’, I was delighted to receive a call from Rob Moxey of Hillcrest Home Entertainment who kindly volunteered to remedy my problem and proceeded to do so at no charge whatsoever. He did so, he said, in a bid to ‘redeem the integrity of the industry’.

Rob’s excellent advice to anyone in doubt is to contact Multichoice to confirm whether claims of ‘accreditation’ are valid or not. My advice is simpler, call Rob Moxey directly.

This exceptionally kind gesture is humbling and restores my dented faith in fellow man.
