Let’s fix this area

Letter to the Editor - week ending 16 December 2016.

EDITOR – To the councillors in Inchanga and Cato Ridge, this is regarding the dangerous state of the old road from the off ramp on the N3 to Inchanga, Hammarsdale and Mpumalanga all the way through to the on ramp just past Dunbars in Cato Ridge.

The road is breaking up all over and there are many potholes. Vehicles using this road, myself included, swerve all over the place to try and miss the really bad sections and potholes. There is going to be a serious accident unless urgent remedial action is taken soon.

The area around the supermarket is also a total disgrace, with virtually no road markings including the two speed humps, there is rubbish everywhere, the flag poles are falling onto the road and verges are being destroyed by all of the heavy vehicles.
