IT is so disheartening when affluent members of the community see fit to dump their rubbish and refuse at the Keep Hillcrest Beautiful Association’s recycling site.
The woman, whose bakkie was captured on video camera, told the security guard, who had politely informed her that she was not allowed to dump her refuse, she had my permission to do so!
Furthermore, she came at 5.30pm, in the dark, when it is not possible to read the numbers on the number plate.
It is very deceitful and disrespectful as well as selfish and ill-mannered.
