NOSIPHO Mkhize is Pinetown Girls’ SPAR Star of the Month.
She is a member of the U19 KZN Netball team and the All Stars Westville league team and was named the most valuable player at the Port Shepstone Women’s Festival in August.
During the school prize giving, held recently, Nosipho walked away with Sport Woman of the Year, Netball Player of the Year, Basketball Player of the Year, and the Bowley Trophy for excelling in netball and basketball.
She also won the Sportsmanship Cup.
“Besides all these achievements which are just for this year, Nosipho is a humble and down-to-earth person with a kind heart.
She motivates others to perform their best and is also an amazing captain to the teams she is in charge of because she leads by example,” said the school sport coordinator, Fanele Ndlovu.
