Pinetown Girls’ award excellence
The school's Dux for 2021 was Sisanda Cele.
Pinetown Girls’ matric prize-giving was a celebration of academic achievement despite an unusual year with many challenges.
Principal of the school, Sibongile Njapha said the Matric Class of 2021 worked with great determination to produce great results.

The school’s Dux for 2021, a trophy is given to the learner who has attained the highest combined aggregate, was Sisanda Cele.
She received subject prizes for Afrikaans, physical science, English, maths, life sciences, accounting and business studies.
The Dux Proxime Accessit trophy was awarded to Leethabo Msibi. Onke Sikhosana took the third position.
