Pre-primary school celebrates World Grandparents’ Day

Grandparents were celebrated and appreciated by learners at the New Germany Lutheran Pre-Primary School.


NEW Germany Lutheran Pre-Primary School recently extended their gratitude to grandparents. The school said the event was in celebration of the World Grandparents’ Day celebrated on July 23.

The day was to also allow grandparents to spend time with with their grandchildren as they showcased the world done through the academic year.

”The grandparents thoroughly enjoyed the songs sung to them. Smiles and laughter were heard throughout the morning, and books were purchased from Books Alive by the grandparents to donate to our school library, “ said the school.
