Vosloorus SAPS conducts school talk at Thabang Primary School
Keep a Girl Child and Sanca talked about the use and dangers of drugs.
Vosloorus SAPS held a talk at Thabang Primary School with learners about smoking, substance abuse and bullying on April 12.
The event was organised by Const Nqobile Mthimunye of Vosloorus SAPS Social Crime Prevention, with assistance from stakeholders including Vosloorus SAPS sector manager Sgt Masondo, Vosloorus CPF, Ithemba, Ekupholeni, Sanca, Bethuel House of God and Keep a Girl Child.

According to Vosloorus SAPS communications officer Const Nompumelelo Nhlapo, learners enjoyed an educational season presented by the various organisations.
She said the Ekupholeni group presented a talk about substance abuse and gender-based violence.
An ex-drug addict from the Ithemba organisation shared his experiences and challenges he encountered, closing off by sharing how he overcame addiction and returned to his normal life.
