Ekurhuleni District SAPS Office gathered in Chloorkop on August 15 to celebrate Women’s Month.
Ekurhuleni District communications officer Captain Neldah Sekgobela said the event was organised by members of Ekurhuleni District Social Crime Prevention and CPF chairperson Andrew Mosesi.
“The event was supported by Old Mutual from Kempton Office.
“Women were encouraged by Bishop Jones from Benoni to be gracious leaders, not to be shaken, to use their words wisely whenever they are speaking with their spouses, and to sit with their children and teach them how to tackle problems.
“They were also encouraged to be honest and not to build relationships through lies,” said Sekgobela.
She said the women received gifts and flowers from the organisers.
