Eskom will again introduce load shedding from 9am until 11pm on Thursday, October 17.

The entity still has a capacity shortage due to a number of generating units still out of service due to breakdowns.

This is the Ekurhuleni schedule for Kempton Park for today:

7.30am to 10.30am: geyser ripple control

10am to 1pm: Kempton Park CBD, Kempton Park Extensions, Croydon, Cresslawn, Rhodesfield, Kelvin Estate and Esther Park

12.30pm to 3.30pm: Birchleigh, Birchleigh North, Glen Erasmia, Kaalfontein, Esselen Park and Esselen Park Extensions

3pm to 6pm: Glen Marais, Allen Grove, Norkem Park, Birchleigh Extensions and Bonaero Park

5.30pm to 8.30pm: Geyser ripple control

8pm to 11pm: Birch Acres, Terenure, Edleen, Van Riebeeck Park, Kempton West
