Sebenza CPF to hold its elections tonight
Residents residing in the area are urged to attend the meeting on November 29

Sebenza Community Police Forum (CPF) will host its elections on November 29 at the Sebenza Police Station at 6pm.
Residents from Kempton Park West, Esther Park, Cresslawn, Croydon, Kelvin Estate, Modderfontein and Sebenza industrial business owners are urged to attend the elections.
According to Sebenza CPF chairman, Andrew Mosesi, following the 2019 national and provincial elections, CPF structures are mandated by the Department of Community Safety, MEC, Faith Mazibuko to renew their mandate.
Constitutionally CPFs have their elections every five years. These structures are established for street committees, block committees, sub-forums and sector crime forums.
Geographical features and demographics determine which structures are feasible to establish. The only structure that is common to all policing precincts is the police station CPF structure, said Mosesi.
