Pageant crowns its first ambassadors
Founder Tumelo Mashile said the event was successful
Tumelo’s Heart Foundation hosted the Mr and Miss Tumelo’s Heart Foundation pageant at Ivory Park Extension Two at Lord Khanyile Youth Centre on November 23.
The pageant crowned its first ambassadors and it also crowned its teen queen.
The winners were awarded a one-year acting contract with All Oddz Production and the face of Tumelo’s Heart Foundation title. The foundation’s partners are All Oddz Production and SN Studios.
Founder Tumelo Mashile said the event was successful even though it was not easy to prepare for it without sponsors.

“I wanted to show the youth that we can all make a difference in our community, regardless of our background. “With love, passion and hard work you can give someone hope. I believe in happiness.
“In life, you have to learn that if you want to make a difference in your community, it does not mean you must be rich so you can help the needy. That is what we are trying to enforce as a foundation, to say you can make a difference even when you do not have a lot of money,” said Mashile.
The pageant winners for the Miss Teen category were queen Dimpho Mohalalela , first princess Nontokozo Mncuseni, second princess Nontsikelelo Duduza.
The senior winners were: queen Sibonginkosi Moyo, first princess Thato Mosita, second princess Thandeka Mashabela. The king was Fusi Olifant and first prince was Tsireletso Mudau.
