Your load shedding schedule as Eskom scales down to stage 1

At this stage Eskom have made no announcements about the weekend ahead.

Eskom will continue with stage 1 load shedding on Friday until 11pm.

This is as a result of an improved prognosis as some generating units have returned to service.

The load shedding schedule for Kempton until 11pm on Friday is:

6am to 8am: Birchleigh, Birchleigh North, Glen Erasmia, Kaalfontein, Esselen Park and Esselen Park Extensions

7.30am to 10.30am: Geyser ripple control

10am to 1pm: Glen Marais, Allen Grove, Norkem Park, Birchleigh Extensions and Bonaero Park

12.30pm to 3.30pm: Birch Acres, Terenure, Edleen, Van Riebeeck Park, Kempton West

3pm to 6pm: Bredell, Pomona, Glen Marais Extensions (49, 52, 89 & 98), Serengeti, Brentwood Park, Aston Manor, Nimrod Park, Parts of Kempton Park Ext 2 & Ext 4

5.30pm to 8.30pm: Geyser ripple control

8pm to 11pm: Kempton Park CBD, Kempton Park Extensions, Croydon, Cresslawn, Rhodesfield, Kelvin Estate and Esther Park
