However, the control prosecutor was unavailable today to provide an update on whether the application is being considered. During her last court appearance on January 29, Hattingh shocked the court with her noticeable weight loss. At today’s proceedings, her lawyer, Obed Lewete, stated that she struggles to keep food down. “She is being fed and taken care of, but she can’t keep food down,” said Lewet. Previously, Lewete requested that the State not pursue charges of premeditated murder, stating that Hattingh intends to plead guilty to killing 29-year-old Markus Greeff on May 15 last year at a property on West Street in Pomona. #TiktokNews #kemptonexpress #kemptonpark #localnews #kempton #incourt #Crime #court #Police #Arrest #DeniseHattingh ♬ Peaceful Mind – Elevator Music & Soft Background Music
