Car stolen after two women drug man

"My brother's Mercedes-Benz was stolen in Kagiso on Saturday morning; two women spiked our drinks."

A man was recently drugged and had his vehicle and valuables stolen from inside his home by two women in Kagiso.

On Saturday, 8 October, the man was inside his house in East Park, Kagiso when two women entered the property through the gate. They asked him to protect them because they had nearly been raped a few minutes earlier. The complainant offered them a place of safety inside his house, and then consumed some alcoholic drinks. After a while he felt drowsy and passed out.

The complainant was awoken by his gardener during the afternoon, and realised that his bedroom had been ransacked, and he was half naked. He also discovered that his Mercedes-Benz, his bank cards, driver’s licence, travelling bag, wedding ring and phone had been stolen.

Kagiso Police are appealing to anyone with information on the whereabouts of the two women to contact the police on 011 696 9000.

The man’s brother, who declined to speak to the News, admitted that his brother’s car had been stolen.

“My brother’s Benz was stolen in Kagiso on Saturday morning; the two women spiked our drinks,” he said in a Facebook comment. He refused to comment any further.
