Suburbs experiencing water-supply disruption again

This is the third water-supply disruption in the area in less than two weeks.

Numerous areas in Krugersdorp again are experiencing disruptions in their water supply.

This is due to a number of burst pipes in the Noordheuwel, Mindalore, Rant-en-Dal and Krugersdorp North areas.

The NEWS briefly spoke to Ward Councillor Lynn Pannall, who sits on the Infrastructure Portfolio Committee of the Mogale City Municipality, about the constant water-supply disruptions.

She informed the NEWS that teams are attending to the problems as soon as they can and that areas will be without water for a minimum of two to four hours.

An urgent request for comment on the matter has been sent to the Mogale City spokesperson, Nkosana Zali. The NEWS is awaiting his response.

This is the third water-supply disruption in the area in less than two weeks.
