Donate blood this Mandela Month

Pledge your commitment to this cause today and continue making a difference to the lives of others.

Once again, the global community celebrate Mandela Day on 18 July, a day in which citizens, the world over, are called upon to give 67 minutes of their time to making a difference in the communities in which they live.

In support of Mandela Day, the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) has adopted July as Mandela Month and is calling on all South Africans to make a difference by donating blood.

Take action, inspire change. Make everyday a Mandela Day is their theme because the SANBS believes that one’s action should last for more than one day.

Blood donation is one of the simplest ways to make a difference to the lives of others and it is something you can continue to do every 56 days.

Pledge your commitment to this cause today and continue making a difference to the lives of others.

For more information about a donation centre near you, visit www.sanbs.org.za or call 0800 11 9031.
