Spring is in the air

Spring has arrived despite having an icy start on 1 September.

Roses are red, violets are blue, Voortrekker Road in Krugersdorp has turned into a paradise of pink.

Although the cold had its icy grip on the start of the season on 1 September, trees along this road and many other parts in the town have started to blossom, sending winter to take a hibernating sleep until next year.

With the season now almost in full force, one can look forward to warmer days, chirping birds, the sweet smell of flowers and picnics under blossoming trees.

Spring is known as the season of personal rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection and regrowth, making it the perfect time to get rid of unwanted baggage by means of a spiritual and physical cleansing of your life – known as spring cleaning.
