Cycle challenge to bring hope and awareness
The challenge is a fun ride and not timed. No prizes will be handed out, but there will be lucky draws.

Ebenezer House, a non-profit organisation that takes care of mentally ill adults suffering from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia has put together an annual cycle challenge they call The Bell of Hope Cycle Challenge for Mental Wellness.
This event is in honour of National Bipolar Day and will be taking place on Sunday 25 May.
Mental illness charities often are overlooked because very few people understand the condition and unfortunately lack the knowledge to give it a second thought.
This cycle challenge is a 50km ride and a 15km fun ride for the not-so-fit and children and will take place in the Cradle of Humankind.
It start at the Valverde Country Hotel in Muldersdrift at 7.30am for the 50km ride and 8am for the 15km ride, and it also finishes there. You can enter online at Cycle Events at www.cycleevents.co.za.
Online entries cost R100 each for the 50km and the 15km rides, and late entries are R120 each for the 50km and the 15km rides.
