Kickboxing is his game

Kickboxing guru Mosito Mphaphathi may look slim and friendly from the outset, but try traking him on and you are sure to come second best when he would probably knock you out in a single kick. That is what you call it when 37 years of kickboxing experience come into play.

• What do you do on a Friday night and over the weekend?

On a Friday evening I would normally spend it with family such as having supper at Silverstar or go to the Burgerbox Road House but most of the time I am out of town attending tournaments. On Saturdays, if I don’t have any tournaments I like taking my eight year old son to play games at Key West Mall or just spend some time at the Florida Lake in Roodepoort playing putt-putt. Sundays I go with family to church whereafter we as a family spend some time together having lunch.
