Preschool hands over Bibles to women’s home

Preschool is taking over the town with one act of kindness at a time.

Humpty Dumpty preschool, in Krugersdorp North, did not fall off the wall but rather decided to give it their all.

Staff from the preschool collected boxes of brand new Bibles and decided to hand it over to a local women and children charity.

The preschool reached out to The Cradle of Hope in this initiative.

“It is a good feeling to take hands with local charities and to support the community. The work that The Cradle does for the community, especially vulnerable women and children, is remarkable and we at Humpty Dumpty wanted to show our support to them by blessing them with the Word of God,” Ilse van Rooyen, Humpty Dumpty’s Admin Co-coordinator said.

On the day of the handover, cheerful children from the school waited at the gate for founder of The Cradle, Melodie van Brakel to handover the boxes of Bibles.

Eagerly the children posed with the school’s representatives and Melodie in the play park for the handover.

“I would like to thank the school for considering us in this initiative. This is a huge blessing and the Bibles will be handed out to those in need,” said a grateful Melodie.

The Humpty Dumpty clan is planning on taking over the community with one act of kindness at a time.
