The unit has assisted them in special operations during the night.

When raiding properties, the CPF depends on these skilled dogs to sniff out drugs and illegal substances, as well as tracking suspects.

The donation of R500 was handed over as a gift to Cherisse Murrell and Jacques Bester from the unit for giving their time to assist the CPF to help clean up the town.

“I consider the community to be my family, so it is important to me that we as the CPF reach out to our community and give back. We are extremely grateful for their support in the various operations we have done throughout the year,” Coen Espach, Sector 5 CPF chairperson said.
