In preparation for Easter, celebrated foodie Lorna Maseko invites food lovers across the West Rand to indulge a little and feast on an Easter cooking experience like no other.
Cooking with Lorna & Friends, which launched in December 2014, promises to ignite one’s passion for cooking, bringing together those who share a common love for cuisine and entertainment.
This time around, the event is not only open for those who wish to pursue their cooking skills in the kitchen, but it is open to the whole family. Guests who would like to participate in the cooking experience will become their own celebrity chef as they get to replicate one of Lorna’s delicious recipes, all of which will be donated to a worthy charity to feed a hungry tummy.
Guests are invited to bring the whole family along for a day of fun at the historical Cradle of Humankind where they can enjoy a picnic and live entertainment; food stalls where they can experience different cuisines; and take a tour through Maropeng.
Cooking with Lorna and Friends – ‘An Easter Affair’ is a must-do for those who appreciate good food, family and friends.

Tickets are available at info@fabulousproductions.co.za or call 011 024 2041. R640 is for the whole package including a picnic basket with goodies. R100 is just for entrance fee while R150 is entrance and four wine tastings. R250 for children (they will have cooking session).
There will be food and beverage stalls and picnic baskets will be on sale as well.
