Miss Teen Planet 2016 is Krugersdorp's very own Doreen Bezuidenhout.
Krugersdorp’s very own Doreen Bezuidenhout was the winner of the Miss Teen Planet Grand Prix International 2016 competition at the Little Miss and Mr Planet pageant this year. She now has the Miss Teen Planet title to her name.
The 11th annual Little Miss and Mr Planet event took place in Bulgaria in June, with the gala evening on 28 June.
During the course of the week all the contestants, which came from 11 different countries, took part in three rounds of judging –interviews, talent and then the gala event during which contestants wore their national costume, future costume and evening wear.
In addition to winning the Miss Teen Planet title she was named the best in the Evening Wear section of the competition.
