Local school excels at RACA eisteddfod

The pupils of Rant-en-Dal Primary School excelled at the recent RACA eisteddfod, achieving six diamond and 14 platinum awards after months of hard work and practice.

Marthie Kotze, the departmental head for culture at the school, would like to thank teachers, assistants, parents, and most importantly the pupils, for their hard work.

The school would also like to extend a special word of thanks to Monument High School for assisting them with transport.

Rant-en-Dal Primary has no transport of its own at present, although they are busy fundraising to buy buses. Anyone who would like to assist the school can contact Michelle on 011 665 1103.
