Missing girl found unharmed
“It is a pity that rumours result in the loss of valuable resources.”
A recent statement by Krugersdorp Police indicates that Dineo Mokoena, a 16-year-old Monument High School pupil was found hours after her disappearance.
Mokoena went missing on 21 September after she allegedly was spotted getting into a vehicle before school.
Sector 4 Community Policing Forum (CPF) members as well as the Krugersdorp Police worked hard throughout that day to track down the Monnas pupil.
The investigating officer found Mokoena hours later and confirmed that she was safe.
No crime was committed.
“It is a pity that rumours result in the loss of valuable resources,” said Lieutenant Colonel Verna van Staden.
