Singing through the countryside
It has been a very busy year for the Monument Primary choir.
Monument Primary School‘s choir was extremely busy participating in various competitions this year, and they have done extremely well.
The choir was invited to participate in the Jacaranda Children’s Choir Winter Festival, as well as the Tshwane Youth Arts Festival. They competed against 36 choirs at the Sing It choir competition, and came fifth with 87,6 per cent and received Platinum at the Raca Festival this year.
The choir will be representing Krugersdorp at the Vivace Competition in Alberton, and the school wishes them the best of luck.
