Tholang Lebelo is a name that is fast becoming a brand within the broadcasting industry of South Africa.
Tholang is a skilled, versatile and anointed Gospel radio presenter whose presentation is always accompanied by the tangible strong presence of the Trinity.
This vibrant radio presenter has been in the media industry for the past 10 years and has mingled with some of the country’s up-coming and well-known artists. He has interviewed many people ranging from award winning CEOs to comedians and other public figures.
Tholang was nominated for the Crown Gospel Music Awards as Best Community Radio Show 2015. He was also nominated twice as Best Media Personality and Best Radio Presenter at the Independent Gospel Music Award 2015 (Ingoma), where he scooped the award of Best Radio Presenter. He also received two other awards at the SA Awards, one for SA Best Radio Presenter of the Year 2016 and the other for his programme Dithoriso, which was awarded SA Best Radio Programme of 2016.
He hails from Swanieville in Kagiso and started his radio/ broadcasting career late in 2006 at Rainbow FM 90.7, a Christian community station in Johannesburg where he hosted almost every programme except for the Breakfast Show. Unlike other presenters, his first-ever show was an afternoon drive show.
He then joined Mogale FM 93.6, a community radio station in Kagiso in January 2014.

Tholang has interviewed a number of Gospel legends and groups on the South African music scene, among them Reverend Abe Sibiya, Andile KaMajola, Dumi Mkokstad, Hlengiwe Mhlaba, Joyous Celebration, Jaycee Radebe, Keke Phoofolo, Lufuno Dagada, the late Mpho Regalo, Thinah Zungu, TT Kunene, Tshwane Gospel Choir, Sipho Makhabane, Sfiso Ncwane, Tshepiso Motaung, Thobekile, Worship House, Zanele Mbokazi (telephonically) and Zaza, to mention just a few.
Tholang is currently hosting a a lifestyle magazine programme called Dithoriso on Sundays, from 6am to 9am. The programme keeps listeners up to date with activities on the Christian calendar and has four features:
• Praise and Worship (6am–7am)
• Message by a Pastor (7am–7.30am)
• Artists Interviews (7.30am–8.30am)
• Personal Motivation (8.30am–9am)
