Open your hearts towards Munsieville Angels

The campaign is helping feed about 100 children and 200 adults in the camp.

Taryn Cumming, a resident of Pretoria East, has always been passionate about helping the less fortunate.

Recently the South African Family Relief Project (SAFRP) mentioned that Munsieville was running out of food. She then decided that she needed to act.

“I decided I would do a big collection scheduled for 12 November but make it a fun day for the kids too, so I decided to ask for help on social media,” Taryn said.

The campaign is helping feed about 100 children and 200 adults in the camp at Munsieville.

The day will be full of surprises for the people of Munsieville. So far, Taryn has organised the following for the day: 50 volunteers, three jumping castles, cold drinks, music, colouring-in stations, ice cream, dog food, condoms, sanitary pads, maternity packs, clothes, face-painting, a puppet show, and hairdressers to cut everyone’s hair, amongst many other things. Unfortunately this will not last long, therefore Taryn is asking for any donations and a visit to Munsieville.

If you would like to contribute or want to help, contact Taryn via email at tacsocialmedia.management@gmail.com.
