Why a dog is man’s best friend
Eat, sleep, love, repeat ... this is the inner workings of a dog.
If you have a dog, you will always have a best friend.
The unconditional love a dog gives can not be explained – it has to be experienced. Dogs may be the reason for the hair on your clothes, your messy lawn, some playful scratches all over your body and quite possible why you are happy.
To a dog you are everything – their whole lives revolve around you. They will do anything to earn your trust and love.
We can learn so many things from a dog’s behaviour, personality and willingness to give their family members unconditional love, loyalty and companionship down to their very last breath.
Whether they’re begging for food, barking at nothing and everything, or simply greeting you when you get home; dogs do all those little things that put smiles on our faces.
The most wonderful part of having a dog is that it will never hold anything against you. It will keep on forgiving, not to mention the warmness they provide during cold winter nights. According to experts having a dog can decrease depression and lift the owner’s mood in seconds.
Unfortunately not all owners treat their dogs the way they should. SPCAs are filled to the brim with unwanted and unclaimed dogs. Many people breed animals just for the money. Some dogs are even being used for fighting and bait.
All a dog needs is love, love and more love. Do not shop, adopt a dog today!
