Man in critical condition after being hit by a car
The man tried to cross the road when he was hit by a vehicle.
A man is in a critical condition after he was hit by a car in the early hours of the morning on 9 February.
According to Netcare 911 the accident happened at about 6.50am on Barratt Road, Factoria. It’s reported that when he tried to cross the road, he got hit by a vehicle.
Netcare 911 paramedics managed to stabilise the seriously injured patient on the scene. He was then transported to a nearby hospital to receive further medical care. The man’s age is not known.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
