Help these angels get their wings

'Our main purpose is to keep young girls off the streets and away from substance abuse, and prevent teen pregnancies. We want to show them the importance of sport.'

Two Munsieville residents who are passionate about netball and helping young women grow recently established the Arsenal Angels Netball Club.

The coach, Dipuo Dikgole with the help of assistant coach, Kelebogile Motlhabedi currently manages three divisions within the club, namely the U/14s, U/17s and Open teams(18 years and older).

Even though they have only been active for a month, they have approximately 50 members from the area who are passionate about the sport.

These girls need all the help they can get in the form of sponsors and donations. According to Kelebogile they are in need of equipment such as balls, bibs and kits to help them in their journey to become a force to be reckoned with.

If you would like to help or find out more, feel free to contact the club manager, Onismas on 082 620 8328.
