Krugersdorp Police discuss crime with Grade 4s

The Krugersdorp Police spoke to a bunch of Grade 4 learners about crime prevention.

Krugersdorp Police have taken a proactive stand to teach the local youth the importance of crime prevention.

On 28 January, Krugersdorp Social Crime Prevention officers, together with one of their communication officers, went to Monument Primary School to speak to the Grade 4 learners.

During the talk they touched on topics such as sexual harassment, bullying and theft in general.

Captain Raymond Sibonyane, spokesperson for the Krugerdorp Police said the visit was a great success and he believes they did get through to the children.

He explained that they will try to reach more schools in the area.
