At Little Farmyard Pre-primary, the staff will not allow the future generations in their care to accept that this is the way the world should look.
That is why they decided to take on the #TrashTag challenge. Eleven children and seven adults were able to collect 19 refuse bags filled with litter!

“We may only be a small group doing our best to clean up a small part of our community, but we have planted the seed of change in these little ones, as they hold the possibility of a cleaner, brighter future in their hands.
“We dare others in our community to take on this challenge and change the perception of acceptance with regard to pollution,” said Cindy Gloss, on behalf on the school.
If you or your business, school or organisation accepts Little Farmyard’s challenge, please inform the editor at the News by sending an email to krugersdorpnews@caxton.co.za or phone 011 955 1130, as we would love to share the stories from the #TrashTag challenge.
