The learners from St Ursula’s School recently donated a huge number of Easter eggs for a good cause.
About 2 200 Easter eggs were collected and will be handed out to nursery schools, the less fortunate and old age homes.

“St Ursula’s believes in serving others and this Easter we want to share the love with those that do not always have it easy,” said Belinda Espach, the marketing manager at the school.
She added that Serviam, the school’s motto, means ‘to serve’ and that is exactly what the school did when it distributed the first of the Easter eggs.
The school’s monitors starting sharing the love when they visited local nursery schools and old age homes.

“One of our monitors offered to say a prayer for the children at the nursery school, and it was heartfelt. He asked God to protect these little people and to look after them and the future ahead of them,” added Belinda.
The school also plans to visit more nursery schools, a few old age homes and Munsieville.
