R24 collision leaves two women with minor injuries

Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the R24 Rustenburg Road in Krugersdorp at 4.22pm on Sunday afternoon.

Reports from the scene indicate that a bakkie carrying goods and a truck were involved in a collision.

Paramedics assessed the scene and found that two women had sustained minor injuries. They were found to be in a stable condition.

It was alleged that the driver of the bakkie had swerved to avoid a head-on collision with the truck.

All relevant authorities were on scene.
