It was an overwhelming occasion at Boipelo Secondary School when the learners received school shoes (among other things) from the Madambadamba Football Club (MFC) on Friday, 19 July.
All thanks to MFC and the sponsor (Chique Beauty) for showing their love to the school by donating sanitary pads, school shoes and socks to the needy at the school.

Japhta Motsumi, MFC coach, said they have been donating to the school for the past five years, and they are doing these donations as a way of appreciating the school for the opportunity given to the MFC to use the school’s sports field for practice. As they have access to the school, they have noticed that most of the learners in it are in need, with many of them coming from disadvantaged backgrounds.
“This initiative will boost the confidence of the learners who do not have uniforms to wear and they will feel much more comfortable coming to school without the fear of being humiliated because of not having uniforms,” said Japhta.
