KHS artists’ work bought by city museum

After a very successful municipal arts event, artworks by three learners from Krugersdorp High School have been chosen to be displayed in the city's museum.

Krugersdorp High School learners recently participated in the Visual Arts Youth Exhibition held at Mogale City Museum, competing against HoĆ«rskool Noordheuwel and St Ursula’s School.

Rhiannon Joubert received the honour of officially opening the exhibition by introducing the dignitaries present. She acted as the Programme Director for the event and her artwork, along with that of her fellow learners Kelly-Ann Clarke and Cassidy Tonkin were purchased by the Mogale City Museum and are now on display there.
