Kagiso women will not be silent

The men and women of Kagiso marched against gender based violence recently. They said while the country cries out they will not be silent.

Men and women from the Kagiso community and the police took to the streets of Kagiso on 19 September to join the country in protest against gender-based violence.

According to a statement sent by the Kagiso Police’s spokesperson, Captain Solomon Sibiya, this protest follows after a number of gruesome incidents of extreme gross violence and murders directed at women and children.
