Run/ Walk for Life is a club focused on getting people started, no matter their fitness level.
“The scientifically and medically based exercise programme was started in 1984. It allows individuals to run or walk at their own pace while being monitored all the time, ensuring the exercise is done correctly and within their limits. The chance of injury is reduced to a minimum,” noted club manager Ronald Eykenduyn.
