Mogale increases efforts to curb non-compliance

The municipality once again implores citizens to comply and stay on the safe side of the law

The statistics and status of the Covid-19 efforts in Mogale City still paint a grim picture, not only in the city but across South Africa as well.

This can be attributed partly to non-compliance to regulations, disregarding some containment measures, and failure by the public in general to adhere to the rules.

Based on this, the Mogale City Local Municipality (MCLM) alongside other government partners including the South African Defence Force, which is a new partner to the District Command Council, increased efforts on the diverse areas of work including enforcement of the regulations, traffic restrictions, sanitization, testing and screening.
