Man’s body found next to the R28
The body of a man was discovered during the early hours of Tuesday along the R28. Police and Gauteng Emergency Medical Services are currently on scene.
The body of an unknown man was discovered by security staff from a complex along the R28 early on Tuesday morning, August 23.
According to witnesses on scene the body was discovered just before 08:00. The staff in a security vehicle doing one of their regular patrols in the area around the complex discovered the body of the unknown man just before the complex from direction Randfontein.

Krugersdorp Police and the Gauteng Emergency Medical services were on scene.
Another witness on scene told the News they believed the body had been dropped there.
Krugersdorp Police spokesperson Captain Raymond Sebonyane confirmed the discovery and said a case of murder has been opened. The motive is unknown but the investigation will continue.
