Man’s body found in Kagiso

Police are investigating a murder after the body of an unidentified man was found in Sinqobile, Kagiso on Tuesday afternoon, October 29.

West Rand Police spokesperson for the Flying Squad, Karin du Plessis, described the victim as an African man wearing black skinny jeans.

“The man had sustained multiple head injuries and was declared dead on the scene by paramedics. Forensic experts were also on the scene and a case of murder has since been opened. The man’s body was then taken to the Roodepoort mortuary,” Du Plessis said.

No other details nor the circumstances of where the body was found are available at this stage.
