Wanted for questioning: Gift Mncedisi Siyo in connection with girlfriend’s murder

Police have identified Gift Mncedisi Siyo as a person of interest and are searching for him in relation to the murder of Samkelisiwe Ntinga.

The search for missing Alberton woman Samkelisiwe Ntinga (32) ended in tragedy after her body was discovered in Krugersdorp recently.

Gift Mncedisi Siyo is wanted by police for questioning regarding Samkelisiwe Ntinga’s murder.

Krugersdorp Police Station Commander Brigadier Happy Xaba confirmed that her body was found dumped in an open veld near the Krugersdorp Taxi Rank in the CBD on Saturday, August 2.

A murder investigation is underway, and police believe the suspect may be someone known to her.

Brigadier Xaba has since confirmed that almost two weeks after her murder, they are currently looking for her boyfriend, Gift Mncedisi Siyo, who was last seen with the victim on July 31.

“Police and the family are calling on the public to assist with any information that may help locate Siyo for questioning,” Xaba told the News.
