Boyfriend of Alberton woman found dead in Krugersdorp arrested for murder
Police confirm that Gift Mncedisi Siyo has been found and is in custody.
Police have confirmed that the boyfriend of Samkelisiwe Ntinga, the Alberton woman found dead near the Krugersdorp CBD, has been located and is in custody.
Her body was discovered in an open veld near the Krugersdorp Taxi Rank. Gift Mncedisi Siyo was initially named a person of interest in the case, as he was reportedly the last person seen with Ntinga before she went missing on July 30.
According to Gauteng provincial police spokesperson Colonel Mavela Masondo, Siyo was arrested on August 24 and has been charged with murder.

“Police can confirm that the suspect, Mncedisi Siyo (33), was arrested and charged with murder. He will soon appear before the Krugersdorp Magistrate’s Court,” said Masondo.
