Municipality warns residents of job interview scam

The municipality urges job seekers in Krugersdorp to verify employment offers through official channels to avoid being misled.

As residents seek income opportunities, the municipality has warned of a scam circulating in the area.

Mogale City Local Municipality assistant manager for media and PR, Refilwe Mahlangu, said a fraudulent message is being shared inviting residents to attend a job interview.

She urged residents to verify the authenticity of employment opportunities through official municipal channels.

• The WhatsApp line on 083 787 2814
• Email at customerservices@mogalecity.gov.za
