Pre-paid electricity payment issues emerge

Councillor informs residents about the payment issues regarding pre-paid electricity.

Several residents have reported being unable to purchase electricity or not receiving tokens after making payments through the bank.

Councillor Amy Steyn said residents should keep their payment receipts for reference for this ongoing issue.

“Send an email to Nomvuzo.mmemezi@mogalecity.gov.za or go to the municipal office. I am, however, attending to the issue personally,” Steyn said.
